What is this magnificent notebook you may ask? Well, it is a MODOFLY, laser-etched Moleskin! Modofly is a collaboration of two fellow artist/designers that are using both the iconic Moleskin and laser technology as their medium. They will be working with other artists to produce new editions and guess what? Yup, they chose lil' ol Miss B. for the 2nd round of books! I am thrilled, honored and flabbergasted! How cool is this? It feels like I won the Lotto, really it does! My designs haven't been chosen yet but I am really hoping that the monkeys swinging from the chandelier make the cut as they make me smile whenever I see them. I like the new butterfly faux specimen plates as well. They are faux because they are not actual plates, I put them together in fact I think one of my 'butterflies' may be a moth but hey, it was pretty and looked good in the line-up...I am thinking of adding some faux Latin the next round something like: Butterfliest Maximus or I dunno, I haven't gotten that far in my thought process....
