I haven't forgotten about you and my blog, I just had a small case of death or something similar. Perhaps Malaria or some other exotic painful disease whatever it has been it has been far worse than the flu and as bad as severe food posioning combined with migraine brainaches to round off the sickness cocktail. I promise to be back soon, I am just able to sit up now but it may not last long...
