I have mentioned here about my sloth like ways, my fat skinny self etc. I am not proud of this. I am just not that motivated. I use to be considered an athlete which makes this behavior of mine all the more annoying. I use to be a long distance runner and logged many miles each week and get this--looked forward to it! About 4 years ago I couldn't run without sharp pains in my hip and instead of consulting a professional I just gathered that it was in the end of my running career. No biggie, I'd try something else. Well, nothing else seemed to interest me, nothing had that draw or allure. 4 years later you are lucky if I walk the dogs (don't worry my jock of a Fancy walks them constantly). That is until I saw this woman above, I want to look like this woman. I know exactly what you are thinking, you are thinking 'oh she's not all that. Whatev.' Okay, or something along those lines, right? I know you are because I was too. What if I told you the above beauty is 72 years old? Would you want to have a bod like that at 72? Heck 62? This is Ernestine Shepard, her motto is, 'Determined, Dedicated, Disciplined'. I love it when a 'normal' person has their own motto, even better when they follow it. I know what your second thought may be? Well, she must of been an athlete her whole life. Nope, Ernestine didn't start working out until she was 56 years old! 56! She started a new life, new look, new career at 56 years old! I so hope this little diddy has motivated you as much as it has me....And for the record, I do think Ernestine is all that...
