I LOVE PRESENTS!!!

I wanted to share some of my b-day surprises with you. No, not because I want to brag!  I just think that you might be interested in some of the items that were so generously bestowed upon moi.  They were all quite thoughtful and some are new to me and maybe I might be lucky enough to introduce you to something that you fall madly in love with or desperately "need"....I got this package on Saturday from my Bestie Jules.  Nope that's not a Besotted Brand label but the next best thing--Martha!  So pretty and gray, one of my fave 'colors'.

Trust me it took everything in my being not to rip this open Saturday afternoon.  I opened yesterday and to say it was perfect for me is an understatement.  It was two mascara tubes sitting there like manna from heaven.  One tube I have been dying to try--Tarte's  'Lights. Camera, Lashes'.  The other was called 'Buxom' and even though I didn't remember her mentioning this tube before (she swears she did), it had me at 'Bux'.  I pulled this one out last night and slopped that fat brush on my lashes like it was going out of style. LOVE. LOVE.LOVE.  It's a beautiful blackest black and as of last wearing I had no problems with flaking or raccoon eyes.  I feel like it's more volume making than lengthening but then again I am insane with the lengths I want my lashes to go.  If it doesn't look like I have spider legs attached to my eyelids I am not content.  I am very happy with this formula, brush and cheeky packaging. PLUS it's paraben free, no sulfates, no synthetic fragrance or dye.  I practically feel like it's good for me.

I received another unexpected surprise in the post Saturday that I feel is as equally exciting.  This my dear Pretties is a color test chart for our Besotted Brand labels!  Yes, we are inching ever closer to them being available and I am as happy as if it was my birthday + Christmas all rolled up into one!  We weren't satisfied with the color border in our last label prototypes and finally we decided to try all potential colors and make sure we got something that we would be THRILLED to take to market. When I got this chart Saturday I was doing a happy dance (more like a wiggle than dance as there's no room for dancing in my apartment). The colors turned out sublime (at least the colors we want to offer). 

Of course we will launch with one of my fave colors.  Hint I use it waaay to much in Jules esteemed opinion. Can you guess?  The other color will be a beautiful classic neutral.  Eventually clients will be able to order the color border of their hearts desire (within reason of course, trust me color matching is near impossible!)  I think being able to choose a color to coordinate with your event or business suite would be heavenly.  Trust me the whole reason we are doing this project is because we wanted labels like this and couldn't find them and if we did find something similiar there weren't any color or size options.  Jules and I LOVE options as I am sure you do too, no? We are chomping at the bit to make the first sets available.  We can't wait!!!
