{please visit the bright side project here}
When I finally decided to write this Blahg on a regular basis the first post I launched with was an image of the above offerings. What I didn't know was nearly two years later I would be giving away a set of these for FREE to some lucky soul (I want a set so badly!). I also had no clue that I would be insane enough to think that I could put together a site that would give away items like the above on a daily basis nor did I ever think I would be able to rope someone as creative, talented and supportive as Jules K. to be my 'partner in shine'. Amazing when the future unfolds in such a way that is so far off from your wildest dreams. It's our 8th project launch, 8! We have a bril back to (old) school theme--think vintage globes, chalkboards, satchels, et al. I think this may be my favorite project yet (but of course I say that about every project!). Stop by to throw your hat in the ring, you should see our finale for last month--AWESOME! And for the record those that hate to share the BSP because they think it lowers their chances of winning are wrong, oh no it's quite the opposite! When we get lot's of answers almost always the contributor picks more than one winner and the more answers means we can convince another contributor to donate an even bigger, better piece for future giveaways. People have written me (yes, that email account is packed as well) afraid that will mean the end to indie features, oh no, that means we can bring even more attention to an indie designer/artist because more people are stopping by. It's a totally win-win situation. I hope you play along and tell your friends, co-workers, siblings and frenemies.
Good Luck!
