Another first for me last week was eating one of these lovelies above. My thoughts? YUCK! They are so pretty, I was so disappointed. I imagined them tasting like pink air things, lightly sweet, perhaps experiencing a delectable melt in my mouth type sensation. I think sucking on a lump of hard sugar would of been more satisfying. Never again. I will shoot them again of course, they most definitely are pretty props and looking at the photo's makes my mouth water. Too bad they look so yummy but I shall save my calories for something worth eating like a warm baguette and a block of cheese.
I did discover the same day something that may be oral nirvana. It's not edible but boy is it addictive:
I don't know much about them as far as if they can be recycled, etc. Hopefully if Colgate didn't think of that ahead of time they will get cracking on it now because I used one and immediately had the urge to open up another and go for it again. What are they? They are disposable, no water necessary, toothbrush/mouth wash hybrid thing-a-ma-jiggers. They even have a soft pick on the end for light floss like activity. They are sensational. My mouth felt like it was sparkling. They should sell those bead like things in bulk, forget about the brush, okay, the brush did feel like I was doing something better than smacking on gum, I'll give you that but it's that beady thingy that makes this whole experience a delight. Have you tried them yet? Do you feel the same way? Or am I just talkin' crazy talk?
