I found this video so inspiring, especially the part where photographer Sharon Montrose (one of my fave peeps) found her niche by having a bunch of failures. I love when people are honest about how they got to where they are. This video should be played in career centers across the world. You don't need to want to be a photographer to follow such simple + sweet advice.
