MAKE YOUR OWN SUN JARS

I have been enamored with Tobias Wong's Sun Jar (a solar powered lamp) since I first spied it.  I have been on a little home D.I.Y kick lately and was trying to remember how to make my own lamps, ( I knew at one point in my long life how to do it, but it seems I forgot).  I did a little research and when you realize how easy it is you may put a lamp in every room in your home (yes, it is that easy and reasonable).  Then I started thinking about Mr. Wong's Sun Jar and wondered if someone had figured out how to re-create one and sure enough the folks at Life Hacker did.  It's so easy that you just may want to do this with your kids.  It won't be nearly as sublime as the original but it will be a fun little project for sure.
